How do I track my order?
An email  with the tracking number will be sent once your payment is received and the item is shipped.

What are your delivery policy?

 

Processing time

Please allow processing of 7-10 business days for orders to be shipped.

Order processing times are slightly longer, during sale events and holidays.

Shipping rates

Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.  Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping cost are customer's responsibility. OMALICHA does not provide free shipping labels. 

 

 

 

What is your return policy?
 

Our policy last 7 days after delivery date, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot approve a return request.  Items must be received back at the return address within 30 days of delivery date to receive a store credit, or refund. If an item is received after the 30 days has passed you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.  

All items must be returned in original condition (including all return post card, packaging, and accessories).  All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.  

We do not accept returns on clearance items (finale sale), they will be sent back to you , or you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Does OMALICHA make custom orders?
 

We require a 10-12 weeks notice of a custom order. For custom orders please contact us via email at

What is your exchange & store credit policy?
 

We cannot guarantee that the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received, so we do not offer exchanges.  

We will issue you a store credit once we have received your return.  You will be able to use the credit to order another item.  The store credit expires in 1 year.  

 

 

 

What is your refund policy?
 

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

 

Returns for refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item, however credit or debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete the transaction. This will vary from bank to bank..

Shipping cost will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.
